Warranty and installation terms

Maintenance: Warranty for hardware is one year and for software is lifetime. We will have an exclusive chat group for you with our technicians to support.

Warranty details

The following parts are guaranteed for 12 months (except for man-made damage):
(1) Control system
(2) Platform mechanical part
(3) Projection system
(4) Power amplifier system
(5) Computer host

The following parts are guaranteed for 6 months (except for man-made damage):
(1) Air compressor
(2) LCD screen
(3)Audio speaker
(4)VR glasses ( Except for vulnerable parts)

During warranty, the customer will get maintenance for free and free exchange of damaged key parts but needs to cover shipping cost of exchanging the damaged parts.

Installation: (Optional)

A: Training from our technicians: You can come to our factory in person or send your technicians to accept training from us. (Training including installation, machine operation, store operation, player operation)
B: We send you installation instructions, pictures and videos for free.
C: We will dispatch 1 technician to your location to complete the free installation, but travel expenses(tickets, visa, accommodations, Transport Charge )of our technician will be covered by customer.
D: We will arrange one engineer to follow your installation and try to support you to finish the installation via remote control and etc..
